A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been discovered in GNU libredwg library up to version 0.13.4.8160. The flaw affects the bit_read_RC function in the bits.c file of the Dwgbmp Utility component. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely and a public exploit is available.
